1: Grants for Natural Gas Conversions
Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) is offering up to $5,000 "first-come, first-served" grants for alternative fuel vehicles. Let us convert your pickup truck to natural gas to avail these TERP grants from Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
A common concern among potential and current alternative fuel vehicle owners is "range anxiety", that their vehicle will not have enough fuel or charge to reach its destination.
We offer No "Range Anxiety" bi-fuel conversions, with which these vehicles can run on natural gas or gasoline. To reduce costs and emissions, the vehicle operates on natural gas. If natural gas runs out, it automatically switches to operate on gasoline.
2: On-site fueling for less than $1.34 per gallon equivalent
On-site fueling is like having a home charger for your electric vehicle but it uses natural gas instead of electricity to fuel your natural gas vehicle.
These units connect to natural gas lines and an electrical outlet. They can be situated at your homes or at your work yards.
With overnight fueling, vehicles are fueled and ready to go in the morning without having to stop and fuel at the gasoline stations. This saves time and money.
3: Over 600 miles range when using both fuels
There are two fuel tanks on board: the factory gasoline and the supplemental natural gas. When needed, both fuels can both be utilized to extend range.

Eligibility
Grant Amounts

Up to $5,000 for new compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) vehicles.

Up to $2,500 for new electric or hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.

TCEQ may award no more than 1,000 grants for CNG and LPG vehicles combined and 2,000 grants for electric and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
Eligible Applicants

Individuals or entities who purchase or lease an eligible vehicle on or after Sep. 1, 2025, and who apply for or acquire title and registration of the vehicle in Texas.

Applicants must have taken possession of the vehicle before applying.

Applicants must commit to operating and registering the vehicle in Texas for at least one year.
Eligible Vehicles

Must be included on the TCEQ Eligible Vehicle List.

Must be new and must not have been the subject of any prior retail sale or lease.

Powered by CNG, LPG, hydrogen fuel cell, or other electric drive (plug-in or plug-in hybrid).

Have a gross vehicle weight rating of 10,000 pounds or less.

Applications will be accepted online via TERP SUNSS until 5:00 p.m. on March 6, 2026, or until all available grants have been awarded.
